Got a phone call on Thursday to say the repair people would be contacting me to talk about my watch. No phone call. Rang again Tuesday to be told by a rude man my watch would be back Thursday and they would contact me Friday... it's now the following Tuesday and called 24 times today only to get the stupid recorded message.. this is rubbish.. as I said worst customer service in the world.. I'll be driving the 50km journey on Sunday 3 weeks from When I left it demanding my watch back.. I'd of been quicker to wait the watch to China or where ever samsung is made and get it fixed there..
